George GRADINARU
 I started photography three years ago, when I bought a HP 945C, in order to help me in my job, art design. And, step by step, it started to fascinate me, as I have been always fond of image in its pure sense. I descovered later that it was easier for me to express myself through photography than anything else.
I can't say I have some favourite subjects in photography. I create when I feel the need to do so...when somthing or somebody around me makes me curious and awakens my creativity.
I create when I want to transmit something to the world I live in. I create in the moment I become one with the scenary, subject or message I want to transmit.
I appreciate that by photography in particular and by art in general we can express ourselves, we can show our feelings, frustrations till we reach a level almost half-aware. I like the fact that photography can educate you to see the world with different eyes, to pay attention to macro- and microdetails, to see things how they really are and also as you would like them to be. Photography keeps you in your world as well as in reality and gives you the "exit" door to other worlds, times and universe. It leaves you the chance to create
your own world and, what is most important,
it helps you to perfect it by art.
